Job description
We are seeking for a dedicated professional who can handle Product design & end to end development life cycle, closely work with the R&D department to develop IOT products, for different industries as per the requirement.
Job Description:
- In this role you will be responsible for product design, proto type development, testing and integration of defined work packages.
- You will have to develop logic, firmware and communication protocols with necessary encryption.
- You will be exploring and identifying the components and vendors capable of meeting the product/ project deliverables
- You will be responsible for documenting the design, tech specifications and design documents for all the R&D projects as well as create user manuals.
- You will contribute to all phases of the development life cycle according to the defined processes.
- In collaboration with system analysts/ architects, you will assist the quality team with new product releases and bug fixes for products.
- The position also involves provision of necessary technical support to the end users.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical or Computer Science.
- Preferably with 4-6 years professional hands on experience in the product, firmware development
- Good Communication Skills with ability to work with team
- In depth knowledge on the following
- Strong Knowledge on Programming languages: C, C++, Python, web servers, Data structures and Algorithms
- Embedded software development including system deployment, configuration and Testing.
- Hands on knowledge on Real-time operating systems like Linux, FreeRTOS, ChibiOS, TinyOS etc.,
- Experience working on Drivers, Interrupts, DMA, Sleepmodes, lowpower, Sensors, PWM, ADC/DAC, Timers
- Real time experience working on Network communication (TCP/IP, PPP, VPN)
- Knowledge/ work experience on GPS, GSM/GPRS, Zigbee, LoRA, Wifi, BLE, I2C, UART, SPI, Memory interfaces NAND flash, GPIOs.
- Should have worked with Communication Protocols like RS232, RS422, RS485, I2C, SPI, Zigbee, RF, CAN, MODBUS and DNP3 etc.
- Knowledge on security of IT infrastructure and cyber security is an added advantage.
- Hands on experience working on Protocols such as HTTP, MQTT, CoAP etc.
- Knowledge with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure etc for creating dashboards as required.
