Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1) As project head/Manager, develop and lead the project management team for residential/ commercial/ mixed use development projects
2) Single point responsibility for the delivery for the project as per the project goals and objectives and as per the set parameters of time/cost/quality/safety/ compliance
3) Develop and implement the project delivery strategy for design management, procurement, execution, testing and commissioning and handing over during the pre-construction, construction and post construction phases
4) Lead and ensure appropriate processes are followed for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and delivering the project from concept stage to handover stage
5) Through leadership, managerial, technical and people skills inculcate agile, collaborative, purposeful and pragmatic approach to project management and coordination among the team members and other agencies
6) To position TPL as the clients representative at the project premises, uphold TPL code of conduct and be the brand ambassador for TPL
7) Ensure Client retention and strive for repeat business
Key Project Experience
Must have delivered at least one residential/commercial/ mixed use project of minimum 8 lac sft during the last 5 years as project head/ project manager leading the project management team from start to completion
Exposure:
- Planning software (primavera p6, Microsoft project)
- Exposure/ Experience in implementing BIM 3D-4D-5D will be an added advantage
