Job Description
1. Basic knowledge of Electrical and ELV work.
2. Knowledge of sampling and field-testing.
3. Understanding and working with drawings.
4. Ability to facilitate implementation of drawings and
design during construction.
5. Knowledge of different types of construction
material.
6. Basic knowledge of standards and codes.
7. Basic understanding of related components of the
project and scheduling of the activities.
8. Ability to co-ordinate with Architect & consultants
to highlight the variations.
9. Manages all on-site field construction activities
associated with a portion of the Building. Must
Be able to lead a team of Supervisors & Foremen.
10. Assists in Preparation of material and equipment
specifications and purchase requisitions;
Witnesses shop tests.
11. Prepares execution plans.
12. Willingness to relocate to construction site
locations is expected.
13. Has keen ability to understand the requirement of
Quality and Safety
14. Ability to interpret and report variation in works
to enable decision-making.
15. Ability to conduct and interpret land survey data.
